Delivery & Return
We ship all orders through FedEx for secure and reliable delivery. Your items will be delivered to the closest eligible FedEx Hold for Pickup location. For your security and to prevent fraudulent orders, you will need to present a government issued ID when picking up your package. If your ID address doesn’t match the package label address, you’ll also need your tracking number and an alternative form of ID. You can use a utility bill or statement, health or auto insurance card, property statement from a county or city website, or credit card statement. This ensures that your items are safely delivered to you.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery on the FedEx website. If you have any concerns or if your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Our deliveries are made through FedEx, so they follow FedEx's holiday delivery schedule. If FedEx is delivering on a particular public holiday, your order will also be delivered. For details, you can check the FedEx holiday schedule or contact our customer service for more information.
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. If you are located near one of our brick-and-mortar stores, you may also have the option to select in-store pickup during checkout.
